Telephone not working

I have booked a compalint that my Land line No 080 25346220 is dead vide my complaint Docket No. 34 dated 3rd Nov. When I enquired about my complaint, I was given to understand that it was closed without my knowledge stating the reason as ' Receiver off ' & I was given another when I was asking about my telephone status. They opened a new Docket No 172 dated 14 Nov with a firm assurance from the supervisor that it will be rectified by same afternoon & no further escalation of complaint is needed. Till date 16 Nov the telephone remains dead and has not been functional from the past 13 days with no status update on complaint.
