I have applied BSNL Broadband Newline connection on 3rd Jan in BSNL Mela. At the time I have been assured of providing servive with in 10 to 15 days. Till today (since 40 days) I have not received telephpne line. If I personally or telephonically contact them they will give a standard answer 'It will be done tomorrow'. Govt. department are most useless. I dont know where to complaint?
