Is dead from a month now, No action taken inspite of
1. personally visiting the jayanagar exchange 3 times
2. Following up with the DE
The help line phone numbers 22931750 given by the authorities just dont respond, nobody picks the phone (called them over 20 times in the peak working hours).
The DE / Authorities always say "It will be done today", wonder which day which year?
Ignorance / Irresponsibility / Laziness seems to be their moto as always.
