No Broadband connection after 6months

I had applied for BSNL Broadband connection 6 months Back. After roaming to thier office several times, they generated a work order on 18th August. Till today, no signs of getting the connection. My telephone number is 28533941.

I have been following up with these people every month. Nobody is giving proper response. All the requests and complaints have never been answered properly
