BSNL Bangalore Jayanagar 4th Block
Telephone disconnected

Right now my telephone is disconnected. I went to Jayanagar 4th block exchange by taking one day leave from my office and Informed Mr. Krishna about the same and he said; it got disconnected by mistake and will connect it back. He given his number which never attended/engaged. Unfortunately my phone is not connected till now and thereby broadband is also down.

I do not know how this can be resolved now. I do not have any pending bills; infact I paid additional amount for last month broadband bill which was not even generated by BSNL

I already spent a lots of time on this and it will be great if some one can address this issue.
