Landline application pending from last 2 month

I applied for the lendline connection in Bangalore, BTM, 2nd Stage area a long before (17 th April), my work order no is -45005215, Every time I call it happens only two thing, sometimes they pick my call and will not reply, ultimatly I use to discunnect my call after waiting for 4-5 mins. Sometimes they ask question "What is your Wrok Order Number? ", and after my reply they will tell, "NO Cable Feasibility is there", but I know that many of my friends have landline connection nearby my house.

I dont know how to deal. Please take it into consideration and let me know what I should do?
