Phone not working from the day of installation

I got a new landline telephone after waiting for 1.5 years.

Your service person Mohan (phone no. 20127441) from KR Puram Exchange (Exg-code:853), came one day and kept the instrument.

The telephone is not working from the day one.

Even after repeated complaints to Mohan and KR Puram exchange and online, nothing happened. (online complaint docket no : 0309/288)

Still the phone is dead.

Now, I got the first bill for Rs.693/- with out me using the phone.

Please cancel my connection if you still cannot provide the service and just sending the bills.

Else solve the issue at the earliest.
