Useless customer scare center (1500)

What for your b/band c/care cent. is there? being unable to check my b/band usages in an usual manner i am trying to contact them since last 24 hrs but your no-1500 has forced me to listen the music since that time till now. how it can be? how my turn has not come in 24 hrs to talk to c/care executive? thios is really joke of the century.
