Service provide by bsnl not good

Sir i m living in khanna.i take broadband service from bsnlat 9/05.when ur serviceman munshichand start broadband on my p.c. there is a problem of conection intruted.he say me that we change ur wire, this is happen because of it .but after6days they r not change my wire.my work is to download datafrom internet.but the connection is leave its work after few minutes.i buy wireless modem frem bsnl in cash.but nobody help me to correct this problem .if they r not help me then i have no another chance to leave this connection.i pay every day 25rupees but i have not get any profit from it.ur service man say me that wt can they do.i have a very loss to get ur connection pl help me my number is 01628222663 and my cell no is 9646100119.
