Broadband Refund Fee

Hi,

we applied for the broad band connection for some specific purpose against the Phone No 05542284757 in BASTI-UP under the name of my mother Smt Shiva Shukla in Jan'08. Our purpose doesn't solved therefore we decided to return the Modem and cancel the conncetion. We returned the Modem and then the concerned person told us that it will take around 2 month to refund the deposit what we deposited at the time of connection. Now they are telling that the deposit amount will not be refunded. It is now going to take almost a year but we are no where.

I will highly appreciate if you look into the issue ASAP.
