Disconnection of internet continuously

Sir,

I am one of the user of boardband facility of BSNL (bearing the phone number 276476) from vizianagaram district. presently i am using 750 plan. from one month onwards i am using the net connection. i am very sorry to say till the time of using this, the net is continuously disconnecting. despite giving many complaints to your officials it is working in the same way.please see that this network problem is rectified as soon as possible
