Non restoration of phone

I am having a phone bearing no. 06542 267955. Some days ago my phone was disconnected due to non payment of bill for may'11 which was not sent to me ever. any ways, the bill for may'11 was paid on 27.07.11 along with bill for june'11 though it was due on 30.07. 11. But till date has not been restored despite my repeated visit to bsnl office
