BSNL Borad band and Landline
Pathetic and rediculous service

Once again I am convinced that the public sector service can give you a satisfied customer service.

I have been using BSNL broadband and land line connection since October and I am extremely sorry to tell you that 15 in 30 days either my land line or broadband does not work. I have contacted Butterhalli sub station and Ramurthynagar exchange. I don't get any solution to my problems. All they says is server is down, you will have to go to Banaswadi Commercial office and make a complaint.

Ultimately I am at the losing end as I have to pay the amount every month with out fail.

This is simply nonsensical matter and utterly poor service BSNL Bangalore is providing... I invested a lot of money to get the connection at the front end as well as at the back end but all that has gone to waste and no use whatsoever is the case.

Is there any sincere and patriotic Indian officer in service in Bagalore who can attend my issues.

I challenge no one will even look in to this...

You are cheating people... blackmailing in the name of BSNL service.
