BSNL Bradband
Broadband is not working

Dear Sir,

I have applied BSNL broadband connection in the first week of July at BSNL office (Thudiyalur - Coimbatore). Last 13.07.09 the BSNL representative installed the modem in my computer. He was not connected to the server, just he gave the user name and password. When i was tried on the same day it was not working. Immediately i was complained to the customer care. So far they were not rectified the error. I was complained for the past 6 days, but there is proper response from the BSNL side. They said simply your connection was pending. I don't know what is the next step. Please guide me and do the needful.
