ADSL link failure

Hello,

I'm a user of BSNL Broadband from last 1.5 years, off late I've been experiencing problems related to my ADSL link. In between surfing internet, the ADSL link goes off & I'm struck in middle of work which I need to abandon.

Can I get some inputs overs what the problem n what would be the likely solution.
