Change of modam

Hello sir

i have a connection of broadbad (home plan 250) recently i have changed my model because the previous one got scrap but this modamis also not working properly and losing connection every 5 seconds,

so sir i wanted to change this modle .so please look into the matter and do the need ful my number is 22805614
