BSNL BROADBAND (bhilai city)
Sometime gives seriously low speed.(it caused breakdown of my important work)

I am complaining of my broadband service BSNL BROADBAND BHILAI CITY @HOME500 PLAN, it is saying that you will get 2mbps download speed it means that it give me 2048 kilo "bits" per second or 256 kilo 'bytes' per second, but some time it gives me only 35 k Bytes p s, how to complain it I don't know help me to solve this problem which happeing from march of the 2009.
