Usage details broad band

During the month October My Broad band (internet) usage is to much ie more than 7000 MB. THE bill amount

comes to nearly Rs.7250/- I never use internet to that extent.

Moreover in our area there was huge power cut during the

particur month. Somebody is misusing my internet connection.

To check the usage the web site - bbservice .bsnl.in is not

functioning properly. kindly render justice. BSNL SHOULD FIND OUT THE CULPRIT AND TAKE CRIMINAL ACTION
