Usage portal not showing details

I tried logging in to view usage on http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ as i have a limited usage plan. i could log in but it shows NO USAGE DETAILS FOUND for any month that i choose. it has become a pain to check the usage now as even the site does not open most of the times.
