BSNL Broadband
Non availability of ADSL/link

I have unlimited broadband service on my Ph. No. 01679241792. In the last month (Nov. 2008) my broadband service was not working for one week. After many complaints it was repaired and this month it again went out of service. My complaint doct. No. is 27051 dated 2-12. Againg I am requesting the concerned officers for restore my service. I have consumer right to get the interrupted service as I pay the bill for whole month. The service of BSNL broadband is worsening day by day. If it remains so I have no option other than disconnection of all services.
