They are providing any New Connection

I had booked for the Dataone Broadband on 27-March, at BSNL Kalyan Circle its going to be i dont have any information, or details whats happening. All they inform is they are under the process of expansion, for last one year. i think there is some cartel or arrangement going on between the BSNL and Private players of not providing the service in Kalyan Circle. Or else what is reason of such extraordinary delay.
