BSNL BROADBAND BILL WRONGLY CHARGED

Respected Sir/Madam,
my self Praveen Mandal I'm working with Aviva Life insurance comp ltd as an sales manager and also doing MBA from ICFAI distance learning course.
I have taken BSNL broadband connection (20288-2710800) in Home 250 Plan for my MBA studies and within a month I have submitted a application for change plan to unlimited one i.e. Home 900 on 14/02. BSNL officials accepted my application and assured me that will be changed soon and only next day I have received a call from BSNL officials mentioning that plan have been changed. So, I started using it as a unlimited one.
But to my surprise I have received a bill on 16/03 with Amount Rs. 50000/- as my usage charge, I rushed to the official and to ask the complete detail they told me that I have used so I have to pay the same. I rushed to DM with written complaint and to my surprise they handed over me a debit note dated 14/02 itself of Rs. 900/-. He assured me everything will be corrected just meet CAO, from that day three to four days a week i'm visiting CAO & IFA for requesting to correct the same.
but all things gone to vein they declared me defaulter and issued a letter to all telecom companies and cc to me that not to issue any connection to me.
Then I contacted lawyer he suggested me not to go to consumer forum as I don't have much mony for security deposit and to wait.
Now I have received a summon-letter mentioning that I have to be in court on 18/12 for the legal case against me.
respected sir/madam please suggest me what to do and how to do, as i have already lost my MBA studies..
