BSNL Broadband
Broadband not working

Most of the time the BSNL broadband in my house is not working (Adyar, Chennai). I have lodged complaint at 1500, but seems to have no impact. I do not know whether the complaints booked at 1500 are taken seriously by BSNL.

I am an in-frequent user of broadband at home, but still paying the charges on an annualized basis. Whenever I want to use the connection, I see the connection is not working at all. the link light does not glow in the modem. Does this mean that BSNL is ill-equipped to provide these services as compared to other private operators?? I have no issues with the telephone, though.
