Modem not installed satisfactorily

BSNL/Patna has recently installed the modem under Home 250 Plan which pertains to SIEMENS/ SL2_141 ans it was said to me that wireless facility is there as I had asked for the same under Rs.1800/=category, but their representative, namely Mr. Satyendra Singh did not installed it successfully and fix the modem with my PC saying that he will come and rectify the system as wireless/wi-fi and I am still waiting for him since last 1-month. May BSNL/Patna will look after my problem and let it to be sorted out.
