My broad band is not working from past 4 days. I had lodged a complaint 3 days back and still no action has been taken. My complaint number is 6830 (my telephone number is07712284808).when I call on the numbers 2522400 and 2422600, no one answers. Two days back I was told there is a cable defect and the net would be started b y evening.but its more than 24 hours... when I called on customer care number -1500, I was given Mr .verma"s number (2522600) but he too did not answer. I am really very unhappy, disappointed and frustated with the services.what should I do?? I am facing this problem from the last 3 months.kindly help!!
