Sir,

I had a problem in my broadband connection. Then I made a call to 1500 to lodge a complaint but answer is that we have noted down your complaint and will work on that. But of no use. No person has came to rectify the problem but the monthly rental bill had out in time. Is this the way of behaving. Even when i got connection since i not received any phone bill.

Now, i am planning to disconnect the bsnl broadband and shifting to some other company.

My mobile no. is 22742462. I had the following problem,

1. my INTERNET and DSL LED goes off regularly

2. some noises are in connection always while getting receiver

3. Now no sound coming from receiver to dial.

4. Not received even one bill till now even though i am very near to BSNL office in perungalathur, chennai.

Please take the immediate action.
