Account Usage is not displayed

I am New User of Bsnl Broadband i got connection in January in HOME 500 C which i applied for. I regularly check my account usage, On 28 Jan i checked for account usage and it displayed that NO USAGE RECORDS FOUND FOR JAN so how should i know that am i not exceeding the provided limit of usage (1.5GB).
