Usage checking in 500 plan

I am not able to check my usage even though i enter my portal id and password in the usage checking portal

i called the bsnl guys... they say its ok here... but i cant... when i tell them to see my usage and tell me... they say they cant do it

thats it... its really irritating..when u wont get the service u were promised
