BSNL Broadband
No connection at night time

Sir,

I don't know why the BSNL exchange people simply took more than 20 days to solve the problem. My broadband is not working from evening 6 to morning 7. The DSL blinks through out night time. My complaint no. 622655 and my landline no. 04295 - 225153. The BSNL people says that my modem is fault now, but I checked with 3 other modems with my line, the same problem occurs. But the BSNL modem works fine through out a day & night. Now they force me to buy new modem. It is too funny to buy a new BSNL modem, I bought my compex modem before 6 months only, still good working condition.

Sir, I am a webdesigner and I want the broadband connection 24 hrs. So, I planned to take the Home 750 plus. But now it is working like the other limited plan. The broadband is working only from morning 7 to evening 6 only. I pay Rs.844/- per month regularly, now it becomes loss for me. If the problem continues, I am unable to pay in future. Please help me with this problem.
