Sir, Last month BSNL broadband of Agartala, Tripura has changed their format or system as far my knowledge goes. As a result I was unable to check my usage in the last month i.e. the month of January. As a result I exceeded the free bandwidth by a large margin and had to pay around Rs 1000 extra. Now may you help me in any way to get any compensation from the company as they are the ones responsible for the inconvenience.
