Wrong billing of broadband of 0751-2472727

Espected sir,

i have phone no . 0751-2472727 in which broadband connection has established of plan 500c my usage in month of january is 1738.67 MB as per your website http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal and billing of your datasoft software they showing 1853 MB means diffrence of 1853-1738.67=114.33 MB excess using of wronffully usage customer care no. 1500 dint want to talk with me on this matter. please solve my problem and rectifying the mistake as early possible . my username is - sit84007082008 and password is password you can also check my usage. i have also attach copy of usage details of january of bb usage.
