Server down and no service and customer care

Snl broadband service (kamakshipalya vijaynagar exchane KHB colony magadi road)

BSNL service is the dumbest service i evr seen in my life

it has fatal server down evry time when i open my server

i will face frequent server down msgs on my screen

just imagine a service where my server went down for 6 times when i ended previous line...

customer care executives are so rude they wont respond to any quiries (not all but most of)

they will just say tht its not our issue visit office

ahhh office its other hell to be seen you have to wait minimun 10 mins to hear a word from them

most of time it will be "naaleno nadidho banni nodona..."

hectic pls take action regarding this...
