Email Address not Working

Hi,

This is to inform you the fact that I Raghupada Dutta has been an esteemed customer of Bsnl over the yeras with landline and now with the Broadband service that bsnl is providing to us.

i am really very Grateful to Bsnl for providing us with very good and sustainable service in regard to both Landline and broadband, but I am sorry to inform you that the e-mail address provided by bsnl doesnt work. My e-mail address is deep01128@bsnl.in

It would be highly appreciated if you would let me know how to go about this to resolve the current problem I am facing.
