Net disconnect baily after 5.pm, I regester but no support

sir I am using BSNL Broadband connection On my phone number 0120-2606783. I am facing a dis connectivity problem in my connection for last 10-12 days. I registered a complain in BSNL costomer offfice. They use to call me daily and asking me that is ur net working fine but no one visited to chek the problem I am very disappointed. Please help me..
