I am not getting bsnl broadband correctly

I am not getting? BSNL broadband connection properly.

When i had complaint to local service provider they are just calling and enquiring but not a small action had taken.

I am complainting it continuosly for than 1 weak.

but they took no notice.

i hope that after complainting this there will be change in their attitude and they will take action against this complaint.
