Oadband not working properly

We have internet connection at HOME in Bangalore.

The Internet is not getting connected at any time during the day. There is some problem in the server of the area in Manjunathnagar - Rajajinagar 2 nd block, due to which the net gets down when the net is working.

Please take actions to solve this problem immediately

Please help the customers to solve their problem at the earliest
