Problems with net connectivity

For the past one n half months i ve complained for the loss of net connectivity at my place.. the ADSL light in the modem goes off every 5mins, as a result i cant even open my mail id: i ve tried n complained to as many people as possible. The service people do come n go regularly but i ve not obtained a solution yet. I humble request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible so my work may not be affected..
