BSNL Broad Band
CONNECTIVITY FAILED

I am holding BSNL Borad Band connection with my Telephone No.0251-2530330 since last 15 days. I am sorry to say that only a single time this connection was successful. Afterwards, the connection is failed with the reason error No.677. I have contacted many times to Mr. Godse of Ulhasnagar Branch, who has installed this system, but all in vain. I, therefore, hereby request you to look into the matter and set right the connection.
