RENTAL REBATE TO GOVT EMPLOYEES

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I inform u that I am not getting 20% rebate in broadband rental which has been announced since Dec 08 to Govt employees. I am serving in IAF and has submitted thrice the government employee certificate but so far no rebate has been given to me in rental. I am having plan 500. Also I wish to inform that others in my campus are getting the 20% rebate whose certificates were signed by me. I do not know what is the problem with only mine billing. The Govt certificates were oersonally handed over to local exchange (AF station suratgarh) and twice personnaly by me to BSNL Suratgarh. Please do the needful and adjust my rebates in the bill.
