False bill

My number is 0175 2280156, i am using broadband connection i got bill of march 09, in this bill i was charge Rs 318 . on asking it was told that extra net usage charges are there. But i Checked Usage details, it was showing 1370 mb used bur under my plan i am given 1500 mb free usage.. kidly sort the matte
