Not able to connect to internet

Sir, I am unable to connect to internet from 09-04. I have lodged a complaint in local bsnl office. But till now nothing is solved. I am getting error 815 on vista and error 678 on windows Xp. The bsnl JE is telling that there is problem with server. But they are not rectifying it. I am using 256kbps Unlimited Rs.750 plan. thank u sir.
