Broadband Prblem error No.678 to my line 25319858

Due to error Code No. 678 in my Broadband line no. 25319858, I have lodged complaints for recification 4 times on 12.4.09 (after a gap of six hours) byut though 72 hours have gone but no attempt has been made so far to repair the defect.
