Speed of internet

I have got connection of broadband from Dec. 2008. From that very day the speed of internet on broadband is irregular or without connectivity which is being regularly displayed on my screen. Due to this I am not able to see videos etc. Sometimes the situation is such that I am not able to hear songs on FM .I hope that after lodging this complaint somebody from the department shall do something, so that I may get relief and enjoy the internet services. If that is done I can also say, "Bharat mein bhi aisa hota hai".
