Internet not connecting

Dear Sir / Mam, I am Deepak Vijay Singh, Branch Manager of Spandan Sphoorty Financial Ltd., Kota Branch, I am facing problem of not connecting the Internet from last 2 months. this is may be because of Modem Problem. I have noted down the problem a lot times. But i haven't get any resolution. In my company a lot BSNL connections are used... just take a notice...
