BSNL Broadband
Broad band not working since a week

Dear Sir,

I have logged a complaint for my telephone number 2590995 a week earlier, but till date the same has not been rectified.

They have given me the commitment of 48 hours but it is not done as on today.

They don’t even receive the call when we call in toll free number 18004241600 & 07122558383.

Sometimes I repent a lot that why I have gone for BSNL broadband, I should have gone for some else connection.

In today’s date where there is lot of competition, BSNL stands there only where it was earliest, I don’t see any progress in BSNL.
