Signal very weak

I am in the middle of the Pudukkottai Town. BSNL headquarters is only 100 meters from me. All banks

and companies and browsing centers are around the four major streets. East, West, North and South main

streets. I am in the middle of these four street. But the BSNL is not giving sufficient servers for this area. They connect more connections more than its capacity. Result: signal is very weak. Even after

many complaints they are silent. They can purchase more machines and reduce the load in each server. They are telling that they are the biggest, but they are doing all the cheapest.

See the map the bsnl office and my house are in the same place west side of pallavan kulam, the old palace. pathetic thing is both our postal address is "old palace"... ridiculous isn't it?
