NOT WORKING

Sir/Madam,

i would like to inform you that i have taken the connection of BSNL BROADBAND in Feb. at the starting when they are installing it is not working. i have paying monthly rental from feb. i have complaint to the bsnl office too many times and they are not responding very well. yet now it is not working. kindly to do so.
