Broadband internet not working

HI,

We are not able to use BSNL broadband even 10 days in a month. We already lodge complaint many times but there is no solution. If BSNL is not able to provide services they must not charge customer for that service. There is not a single responsible person in BSNL office of our area, visit to BSNL office is waste of time and money. We are feeling that BSNL is not doing anything to improve service, in other words they want to say that "we are going to work this way we are not interested to provide you any service, BSNL is paying their employee for doing nothing and still if you want to use our (BSNL) service then you can waste your money and time but BSNL does not care about customer. "

BSNL force me to think this, lots of complaints and no result force us to think this way.
