Reg. Problem in broadband usage report

Respected Sir/Madam,

Herewith I am attaching one screen shot of my broadband usage report, which I taken from

"http://www.data.bsnl.in". Actually the problem is, on 11th may I switched on my modem at 11:52:10 PM and disconnected on 06:52:23 AM of 12th May (Next day morning). But I started my downloading only after 02:00:00AM of 12th May and in meanwhile whole those downloads are happened in my free downloading time only (02:00:00AM to 08:00:00 AM). Now in my usage report it is showing that 'Chargeable Units (MB) Excluding Night Unlimited' for the above mentioned time period is 1883463 KB (1893.32 MB). How it can be possible, I made those downloads in my free downloading time only. So please deduct those 1883463 KB (1893.32 MB) from my chargeable units. Please do the needful as fast as you can.
