Not getting proper net link from 5 month

Respected Sir,

I vidya devi want to say that i am a consumer of bsnl broadband of patna circle. My basic phone no is 0612-2370106 and i have bsnl broadband on this no i.e 0612-2370106. I have the problem of not getting proper broadband net link from 5 months due to cable foult. I have complaint so many times on bsnl custmer care but did not get any good response about my problem. Sir please

favour me on this matter so that i can get my proper broadband link. For this i will be always abliged

to you.
